I have been having trouble with a leaky toilet and a repair man came in today and fixed part of it and will fix another part next week. While it was being fixed it was required to turn the water off and on. After he left the toilet still leaked so I kept the water off. Turned it back on to take a shower and when I went past where the boiler is it was leaking from a valve on the top. Turned the water off again and it stopped. Had to turn the water on again for another shower and it started up leaking again. I can't contact anyone till the a.m. eastern time. Why is this happening??? Should I keep the water on or off? Is there anything else I can do till morning? Temp gage on front flucating from 150-180, don't know what it does normally. Thanks!
