Well, not knowing the zoning set-up. I would say at least 3, definately not 1. I would have the indirect on its own pump. But, you may want the high temp zones like the rads and indirect on one pump and the low temp pex on the other. I would do 3: indirect, pex and rads. If the pex is a very long run or multiple loops, it will need it's own pump.
