Boiler/Radiant Advice Needed

I have a 35 yr old boiler that seems to work fine. It has no circulating pump. I am installing in floor heating tubes in a 3 floor addition and I expect to tap into my boiler for the heat source. I am installing the pex tubing myself and (probably) will do the boiler tie in or replacement myself.
Does it make sense to replace the boiler with a new plant? If I do, I'm thinking of putting in an indirect hot water tank for potable water. I've received a lot of different opinions from heating professionals, but they all have an agenda (i.e. selling either goods or services, or both), so it's difficult to judge the merits of the advice I've been given. Any thoughts or comments are appreciated.
