That would work. Nice place for a baseboard tee at the top supply to let air out from the upper run of the tee through a small valve or plug if the plug is painted shut at the other end of the radiator top.

If the radiator is the kind with a cross manifold at the top as well as at the bottom, that's the way to do it.
