Do I need 2 circ pumps or can I use my single that came with the unit? I am assuming i will need a relay for each zone do you suggest any special.

Do I need special manifold or can I make or have one made up at my Plumbing supply house?

Does it sound Like I understand and on the right track

Thanks I really appreciate the assistance.

You will pump water to each zone on the command of the thermostat to a relay to start the pump and the boiler burner; you don't need zone valves. Get a control that handles three zone valves, such as the TACO SR503 - 1 multiple circulator controller and the wiring will be easy.
