I have installed a water heater and no longer
use the hot water coil in my steam boiler. The
pipes are still connected however I have installed
bypass valves to the pipes. No more luke warm water
in the summer and boiling hot water in the winter.
Should I disconnect
the wires going to the "TT" terminals that calls
for heat when the aquastat wants hot water? Should
I make sure that there is a small leakage of water
in the heat coil so it never dries out inside?
