Swapping Taco 007 for 0011 circulator

Thanks for all the info you've provided so far. One more question: My existing boiler has an older B&G circulator feeding 7 zone valves. This pump has a higher flow than the Taco 007 that comes with the boiler. My installer is recommending just switching out the 007 for an 0011. The company I'm getting the boiler from says this is a bad idea. He says if I want more flow to the house, I need to make a primary loop with the Taco 0011 and then circulate off of that loop through the boiler with the Taco 007. He says the boiler is designed for a certain flow to achieve the right "Delta T". Seems to me "Delta T" is as much a function of the house as it is of the flow. I like my plumber's idea better because it's simple, but who's right?
