Hi: We moved into a house a year ago that has a weilMclean boiler from the early 1940's (a sticker says 1943).

Naturally, I am worried about it going out on us and so I looked into changing it. I checked with two companies in my town. The first suggested peerless M1. The second suggested Lochinvar... and talked highly of the copper...
They were both within $200 of each other. Is the Lochinvar a major improvement?
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
Eli
