My neighbor as well as I have the same nasty burner. His started leaking 2 days ago, he called our burner company (local) and they said no problem they are still underwarranty and this is a defect in the casting.
We purchased our homes new in 1996 w/this type of burner.
Call some of your local burner service companies, they can probably help at no cost to you.
