circulator noise only when both zones active at same time

I have a residential boiler with an additional circulator for my basement and garage floor zones. When both zones are on at the same time the circulator makes noise. I have a manual 4-way mixing tee just before the circulator. Is my noise problem due to too low a temp on the return or to a pressue drop problem? How would one correct the problem?
