You've already gotten a good, comprehensive, answer from Harold, so I'd just like to add this little bit: The Riello burner is quite picky in its choice of nozzles. Taking out a nozzle with a 60° angle and replacing it with one with an 80° angle doesn't sound like your service man was taking pains to make sure he installed the right nozzle. Regardless, a thorough combustion analysis was called for before the job was considered done. It might be time to find a new, more professional, service technician.
