BGP 130H air intake blower doesn't turn off

I have a BGP Heatmaker, model BGP130H, that is 19 years old. When the furnace shuts off, the fresh air intake fan/blower doesn't turn off. It started doing this intermittently a few weeks ago. At that time it cut out when the furnace ran again and thus shut off along with the burner. Yesterday it took 3 complete cycles to shutoff, in other words it is getting worse.
Could anyone offer any advice as to what is causing this fresh air intake blower to keep running even after it should shut off along with the boiler when the desired room temperature is reached.

Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated.
