a. Adjust a balancing valve on the hotter circuit to divert more water from the pump through the colder circuit.

b. Use a separate circulator on the cooler circuit to handle the flow required to make the temperature drop less.

C. Split the longer cooler loop into two shorter loops, so the resistance to flow of the cooler loop is less so more water will flow through.
