I have a gas hot water system with Homart Baseboards in most of the house except the kitchen. There I have two copper fin baseboards (newer). When I had my boiler replaced, the heating contractor told me that the reason the kitchen was colder was that the copper fin baseboards require a hotter temperature to operate.
I have found two Homart cast iron baseboards in the garage attic space but can not find the associated end caps that go with them. I could probably make some out of sheet metal but was wondering where I might be able to purchase some. Any idea's would greatly be appreciated. I live in the Chicago area. Thanks in advance.
