You will need to check that the domestic water cold line has a valve that is shut off to prevent further filling of the heating system. As the domestic tap hot water is heated in a heat exchanger, there is usually a remote unlikely chance there is a hole there to fill the system through the exchanger. Without a way for more water to enter the system there is no way that the increase can continue; so you must look for the way the sytem is being filled.
