: One other possibility is to have your circulator run all the time; but have a three-way zone valve transfer the circulating water to the indirect water heater tank when the heat is satisfied. That way, any residual heat in the boiler would transfer into the water tank instead of the ipex. That would help the hot water recovery also. The idea is similar to what a System 2000 does.

... what would be solution in the situation before the heat is satisfied? How can we control that temp. overshoot before the heat is satisfied?
