I have a Burnham tankless water heater model no 7530 and the problem is the water gets too hot but only stays like that for a few minutes then gets cold. During a shower you burn yourself with the lot water for a few minutes then it gets cold and you hae to wait a few minutes for more warm water. There is no in between temperatures. The systen is set on High 160 and low 140. Also my system heats the water as well as sends water through the baseboards for heat so whenever hot water is needed even if its only a cup full the boiler comes on right away. Should the system come on this much or is there a loss in pressure somewhere or incorrect settings?
