If it is actually a CGM, there is literature at their website. Thermostats have an "anticipator" or electric heater that shuts off the heater earlier. It is set to the amperage marked on your boiler. You may need to slide it toward longer or shorter if your system heats too slow or fast. Mercury stats must be level, all need to be on an inside wall away from sources of extra cold or heat, including lamps, radiators, etc.
