Despite having my tinfoil helmet firmly in place, those pesky govt. mind control rays are STILL telling me to find out what is up with the heating system.
On a SLIGHTLY more serious note, is it possible to lose water/PSI through the boiler itself without any noticible leakage from the outside of the unit? Would a VERY small amount of seepage from around the circulator pump flanges (no drips, just dry crusty stuff) bleed the system down this much?
