The boiler is a prositive-pressure chamber, so needs to be sealed at the leak juncture. Combustion test instruments are used to adjust a burner to no smoke and factory-specified pressures and efficiency. Just find a tech who knows Riello burners and uses combustion test instruments and throw the others out the door if they don't haqve such instruments and you will get rid of the problem. The techs are the problem that need fixing.
