Costs me about $600.00 to furnish 3 family house with hot water during non-heat season.

I wish to install 12" by 12" instant hot water makers under the kitchen sinks of each apt (to furnish kitch and bath water for each apt.)

What is the annual average cost per family for one of these? Are these any good?
