Dividing the radiation into seven zones means that only one open zone will leave no place for the heat to go. The heat will remain in the boiler to overheat parts that don't have enough flow.

You could leave zones like the hot water tank, bathroom and some rooms open so there is more minimum flow to cool the boiler. A bypass at the boiler from pump to the other side of the boiler would whiz water around through the boiler if set to the minimum flow also.
