I have a steam boiler that is about 8 years old. The only way to keep the radiators warm is to take the relief valves out of the side. Then if the ones on the 2nd floor are left out the radiators on the first floor do not get as hot as they should. Also the heat must be set to 72 or more to really get any good heat from the radiators most of the time.

Any ideas? Anyone have a source for new relief valves?

Thanks
