you are talking about steam radiators.
In NE NJ I have gone to a metal salvage yard
for some steel plates and saw many radiators.
Of coarse he will not sell them by weight but
by how nice they look so you can expect to pay
top dollar.
The trick would be to find remodlers and get
to them before they get to the yard
