Replacement for Universal(?) steam radiator

I have one radiator that makes loud banging noises which seem to be from it and not from feed pipes. Have angled it back to pipe but no use. It is silver colored, about 16 inches long, 4 inches deep by two inches high, and says Universal on the side. Who makes these and can they be replaced?
