Weil McLain CGM 3 Boiler won't stay on

We have a Weil McLain boiler, model CGM 3.It stoped working last weekend. It won't stay on. We turn up the thermostat; electronic ignition clicks until pilot lights up; once pilot lights up it goes out after 20 seconds or so. Then boiler starts all over trying to light up. We have replaced the thermocouple, cleaned out the flue and each stainless steel burner. Any suggestions?
