Replacing boiler

I have a 1940's oil-to-NG HW boiler with venturi tee, single-pipe, 2 circuit distribution to cast iron radiators via single circulator. There is also an external coil for domestic HW, no circulator. I am looking to replace with 85% efficiency (or better) boiler and an indirect fired water heater. I have a calculated heat loss of 46 MBtu but no idea how to calculate or account for the increase in boiler capacity for the DHW. I have a family of 5 (3 young children), 2 full baths, washing machine, no dishwasher. I have visited all reference sites listed on this board, as well as most manufacturers - but could use more advice.
