Each of the baseboard loops is an air trap that would have to be individually purged of air. A Brass Baseboard Tee

with a plug on the end of the baseboard element in the room would give a way to get the air out. An automatic air vent on each baseboard element would cause more problems than just a plug for occasional use. If there is a really good air eliminator by the boiler like a Spirovent Jr or Taco eliminator,

then you might eventually absorb the air from the baseboard into the water and get rid of it from the eliminator; but that could take a looooong time, several weeks of cold rooms.
