You probably have an old 1960's tankless coil oil boiler; so the 8124 settings would be 220 high limit, 190 low limit, 25 differential. A hot water manual mix setting or a mixing valve set to 130F would give maximum hot water flow. Some people try to 'get away' with lower high limit and low limit settings; that is good as long as there is enough heat and hot water after.
