Yes, as a 5 gpm coil with a boiler large enough to make 5 gpm of hot water at 140F with 180F (40 delta) water temperature, that is 5 gpm x 8.2 lbs water x 70 rise x 60 minutes = 170,000 btuh worth of hot water. As 95 feet of baseboard can give off 580 per foot at 180F = 55,000 btuh, it should be able to heat the baseboard as a heat exchanger.
