: I have a domestic coil to provide hot water to a second floor apartment. I get a constant hot stream of water in the sink faucet and the vanity faucet however the shower hot water will come on hot and turn to luke warm within a minute. I have set the low limit to 160 and replaced the components the faucets to no avail. Any ideas on what else I can do to fix this issue? I am at a loss at this point.

While running the water...

see if the hot water pipe coming out of the coil is hot... if it's not it's the coil

If you have a mixing valve it may also be the problem
