"Ultrasonic" cleaning of Tankless Hot water coil.

I have been contacted by a company that does tankless hot water coil cleaning. They suggest that my coil be cleaned by an "Ultrasonic" method that is safer than the traditional method using chemicals. Any comments on this procedure?
