As said the high price modulating condensing boilers might not be cost justified. But take a look at mid-priced condensing non-modulating boilers like the Dunkirk Quantum series. They will condense at 160° temps thanks to a secondary heat exchanger. The other benefit is PVC venting, since your chimney might require lining on any new boiler install.
