circulator pump for add on infloor heat

We added a garage to our house 2 years ago and put infloor heat in it the boiler is 3 years old problem is that the pump last april made a loud squealing noise at 2 am and I disconnected it at the conrol board my installer has been going to look at it for 6 months now and it is getting cold so I ordered a new pump and capacitor still doesnt work pump is grundfos pump will work if it has no load on it as soon as water pressure is applied pump quits turning and motor get hot any ideas or remedies would be appreciated I dont know if there is a restriction or what pump had only heated garage 1 year and my other pumps are 70 years old and still work fine could there be a conflict of pumps running I have 4 pumps on boiler manifold to heat the house which was formerly 4 apts and my installer plumbed off the boiler for the garage zone Thanks for any help, John
