Condensation in the boiler

What is the lowest temperature I can set my Home Heating Boiler (Oil Fired with Flame Retention Head) and avoid condensation in the heat exchanger? The boiler is oversized, and since I have added thermal glass and insulation in the attic I find the house will get too warm even with the thermostat set at 68 F. This seems to be the lowest temp I can go without the house getting too cold between cycles. The boiler temp is currently set at 130 F, which allows a cycle from 115 - 135 F. I have cast iron radiators, which I assume are suited to lower water temperatures. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
