It is common to have high condensation in cold radiators on cold startup at the beginning of the season. Check the pressure settings. a pressure higher than 3 psig is unnecessary and can exaggerate the condition. You can shut the power to the condensate pump during the first few startups so the boiler goes off on low water cutoff (which tests that is good - do it while observing the boiler), then you can turn the condensate pump back on to fill the boiler and start a new cycle, then cut the power to the condensate pump again. This brings the heat up in stages without forcing.
