Replacing a hydronic boiler

I have a 30s? vintage coal conv to oil to gas boiler that uses no circulation pump that I want to replace for efficiency reasons. I am looking at a Luna wall mount boiler 100 000 BTU unit. Will the internal pump be enough to circ through my 1 1/2 story house? The load is 120 sections of 2 inlet 4 riser rads.
I want to instal it myself if it is easy enough. Can I have a friend reconfigure the old pipes to mate with the new and have the gas run? I understand that it will have to be direct vented, other than that am I stupid to think that it is that easy??

Thank you for any help.
