One heat exchanger in 20 years for a boiler is a good record. Hydrotherm is now manufacturing an improved version of the Hydropulse; but several other major manufacturers now have high efficiency boilers that do not pulse and are quiet. See Munchkin, Weil-McLain Ultra, and Monitor.
