There were such historical diagrams fifty years ago. It is possible to look at the wire connections and follow them to make a diagram. It is questionable as to what you want to accomplish by having a wiring diagram as there are not many connections in the whole boiler. If it is a matter of relighting the pilot, then get a lighter to the pilot while you depress the pilot valve. If the old thermocouple that was on the pilot valve doesn't work, replace that. If the pilot valve no longer works, replace the pilot and gas valve with a new one, the newer replacement redundant valves are much safer.
