Hopefully, you have valves that allow throttling the warmer rooms a little bit, waiting a day and repeating. Look for how the water travels. If it indeed goes through one then the next, you cannot throttle it, and have to balance the radiators to each room and the amount of heat to the circuit must be sufficient (flow and temp). You might block air flow at the bottom of the warmer room's radiators. Separating the bedrooms as another zone could help if the piping is too small. Then you could run them cooler.
