It sounds like a prety good deal here in the
north east. Changing the filter is usually an
easy job, and with oil having impurities, all
you need is one bad delivery and your filter
and nossel needs replacing.
Make sure you run the system to increase the
temp at the thermostat4 or 5 degrees to make sure
it will run fine next fall.
