We just put in an ultra 80 boiler and when it starts up it has a loud humming noise going through the exhaust stack for about 15 to 30 seconds and then it quits making the noise. When it is cold out and the boiler runs more then it dont do it but if it just runs once in a while like when it is warmer out then it does it. This is a nice boiler and does save a lot of money using it but this is kind of annoying. We had the gas company check out the pressure of the gas and it is right. Any ideas?
