Pre and post purge are both working OK.
I can control the loud noise a little by setting the air band on the burner to around 0.50 GPH. The spec calls for 0.60-0.65. It still has a loud rumbling noise during the electrode ignition and continues until the electrode shuts off.
I stated that the noise was coming from the venting system, but I beleive that it is the burner itself that makes the noise.
I think the only way that I can get this burner working right is to get the manufacturer to send a rep from there company. All of the technicians that have looked at it say that all of the setting are within spec.

Anymore suggestions?
