Make sure all radiator, main and riser air vents shut tight once they get hot and valve stems aren't blowing steam. Check all piping for leaksLet boiler cool some and then add water to the top of the boiler manually and check for leaks just above the water line that blow steam up the chimney. You will have water leaking into the firebox and/or onto the floor. If none of the above, if you have any sections of the wet return going underground, dig it up and replace any that is leaking.
