Looking at your improvements to the insulation value of the home, you seem to have a heat loss of about 80,000 btuh, so you have enough capacity. The 82% AFUE is right up there with the inexpensive new boiler models. There seems little incentive to change to a new boiler unless you are experiencing annoying problems.
