Hi. The last time that I had this unit serviced, I was told that the fire box is disintigrating and that parts are no longer available for this unit. It was a 'contractor's special' and I should buy a new boiler. Is this true (no parts)? If so, could you suggest a good replacement?
I do not plan to use it for heating water, however the system is currently a single zone and I intend to reconfigure to two zones. I live in an old 3 story brick row with approx. 120 LFT of baseboard, and 5 old stand-up radiators.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
