I recently had an HB Smith boiler crack that was brand new and installed in my two years ago. Now it's leaking water all over my basement. A rep from HB Smith came and inspected it and told me that he had never seen that happen before. Now the company is trying to get out of replacing the boiler. It's almost December and my house is freezing (with my one year old daughter and three year old son in it by the way)
and all HB Smith can think about is saving their money by not replacing my boiler.
