Wiring a 3 wired taco zone valve

I have installed 3 taco zone valves in my boiler system. I have not wired these correct as the thermostats are not working in each room. Only one thermostat is controling all the rooms. The taco valves are 3 wires. I have only one pump running the system. Any help would be appreciated.
