If you know that the boiler is adequate to handle the addition; add a zone using a zone valve. It is most likely the circulator will handle the new zone. If it does not, you would have to repipe and add a circulator to use your optional plan; you could repipe from the supply manifold in preparation of the need for the option later by piping two of the four zones from a removable nipple section to install a circulator off the main.
