I don't think the others mentioned it. Make sure your water line is steady. It will slowly drop and then rise a bit while some of the water goes upstairs and back. If the wtr line is dancing, the blr needs "skimming". Where the cutting/shipping oils etc on top get flushed off the top. You will get a lot of wet steam if it's dancin'. And definitely lower the pressure to the minimum you can, depending on the controller.
